Mud Volcano: Hingol mud volcanoes

Located in the province of Baluchistan in the District of Lasbela, Pakistan, Hingol mud volcanoes are a well-known tourist destination. Located 100 kilometers from Uthal, the famous mud volcanoes are situated in the Hingol National Park. In Pakistan, Hingol National Park is the largest national park. The Hingol National park has around 10 mud volcanoes. The two most significant mud volcanoes are Khandewari and Chandragup.

The mud volcanoes are at a distance of about a kilometer from the Makran Coastline, which leads from Lasbela to Gwadar. The site of mud volcanoes is complex and fascinating. The three most renowned mud volcanoes and several mini mud volcanoes are fascinating and enticing to watch.

The major three mud volcanoes are renowned by the names Chandragup1, Chandragup2, and Chandragup3.  One of the mud volcanoes is 300 feet high. It serves as a holy and sacred site for the Hindus. Hinglaj Mata Mandir is also located near the volcano. Also called Chandrakup, the volcano is of religious importance to the Hindus. Mud volcanoes are an important stop for the visitors of the Hinglaj Mata temple.
